We’re a fast-growing real estate investor marketing agency helping capital raisers, fund managers, and real estate developers attract and convert investors using cutting-edge marketing automation tools—especially through GoHighLevel.

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and tech-savvy VA who’s already comfortable inside GoHighLevel and can build, automate, and streamline systems with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building out landing pages, lead funnels, opt-ins, and nurture sequences in GoHighLevel
• Creating email automations, triggers, workflows, and form integrations
• Connecting tools via Zapier (Google Sheets, Calendars, CRMs, etc.)
• Managing and updating client accounts, snapshots, campaigns, and reporting
• Collaborating via Slack and email
• Testing and QA to ensure everything works smoothly
• Occasionally helping with basic CRM setup, follow-ups, or VA support tasks
• Using ChatGPT to help build content

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with GoHighLevel (agency work is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of funnels, automations, and email marketing
• Zapier experience is a must
• Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Tech-savvy with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to share a portfolio or screenshots of your past GoHighLevel builds

• Experience working with real estate investors or marketing agencies
• Comfortable working U.S. hours from 8am to 12pm PST
• Familiar with Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe, ChatGPT or other tools
