GoHighLevel Expert Needed (Project-Based) – Snapshot Customization & Workflow Setup

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to help us customize and simplify a very robust Extendly snapshot so it works cleanly and effectively for our business.
This is a project-based role, not a long-term position.

About the Project

We currently use an Extendly Small Business Snapshot, which is extremely powerful but also very complex. We need help:
Customizing it specifically for a Medicare Agency. Need a Medicare-focused snapshot that can be reused for other Medicare agencies.

Simplifying and organizing:

- Workflows
- Pipelines
- Calendars
- Automations
- Disabling or removing unnecessary features so the system is easier to understand and manage
- Making sure everything works correctly without breaking Extendly logic

We also want to understand what you build, so documentation and walkthroughs are very important.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Review and audit our existing Extendly snapshot
- Customize workflows and pipelines for Medicare and general small business use
- Help clean up and properly configure our GoHighLevel account
- Clearly label, organize, and simplify workflows and automations

Provide Loom videos or live walkthroughs explaining:

What was built
Why it was built that way
What should and should not be changed later

Requirements (Please Read Carefully):

- Strong experience with GoHighLevel
- You have built or customized snapshots
- You are comfortable with complex workflows and automations
- Experience working with Extendly snapshots (or similar done-for-you systems)
- You understand the importance of not breaking core functionality.
- Able to explain your work
- You can clearly teach what you set up
- You are comfortable recording Loom videos or doing screen-share walkthroughs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- You label workflows clearly
- You simplify instead of overcomplicating

**This role is NOT for beginners or first-time GHL users
**We are not looking for ongoing support or a monthly retainer

Project Details

Type: One-time project
Estimated time: 15–25 hours
Timeline: Flexible, but we’d like steady progress
Budget: Competitive, based on experience (please include your hourly rate)
