GoHighLevel Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to help manage, build, troubleshoot, and optimize GHL systems for our team and US-based clients.

This is a remote role for someone who has strong English communication skills, can work independently, and is comfortable meeting with US clients and vendors when needed.

What You’ll Do

-Set up, organize, and manage GoHighLevel subaccounts, including a large portfolio of up to 150 subaccounts
-Build and update GHL websites, complex funnels, landing pages, forms, and booking flows
-Create, test, and improve complex workflows, campaigns, triggers, pipelines, email/SMS automations, and lead nurturing sequences
-Troubleshoot technical issues inside GHL, including workflows, calendars, forms, landing pages, integrations, account settings, and email/SMS delivery
-Customize GHL pages and email templates using HTML/CSS, with help from AI tools when appropriate
-Use basic design judgment to make pages clean, branded, mobile-friendly, and easy to use
-Join calls with US clients or vendors when needed to gather requirements, explain progress, and solve support issues
-Set up, manage, and troubleshoot A2P 10DLC registrations and SMS compliance requirements for GHL subaccounts
-Document workflows, SOPs, fixes, and account setup details clearly

Required Skills

-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
-Experience building complex GHL workflows, funnels, landing pages, websites, and automations
-Experience managing multiple GHL subaccounts
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
-Ability to use AI tools to assist with HTML, layout, or troubleshooting
-Basic design ability using Canva or similar tools
-Reliable internet, strong organization, and the ability to manage tasks independently
-Availability to overlap with US business hours and meet with US clients when needed
-Full understanding of the A2P 10DLC process, including business registration, campaign registration, phone number setup, SMS compliance requirements, approval troubleshooting, and common rejection reasons inside GHL

Preferred Skills

-Experience managing 100+ GHL subaccounts
-Experience with GHL SaaS Mode, snapshots, white-label accounts, or agency setups
-Experience with Zapier, Pabbly, webhooks, Stripe, or API integrations
-Background in digital marketing, sales funnels, lead generation, or appointment booking
-Basic JavaScript knowledge
-Prior agency or multi-client support experience
