Job Title: GoHighLevel Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Alaska Pacific Time Zone)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to support day-to-day operations and help drive sales and operational efficiency. This remote role combines executive assistance with tech support, particularly focusing on Go High Level (GHL), administrative tasks, and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will help streamline processes, freeing up the client to focus on growth.

Responsibilities:
- Webinar Management: Ensure webinars are prepared, assets uploaded, links tested, and reminders set.
- Sales Support: Track leads, schedule sales calls, follow up with leads and no-shows, and assist with client outreach.
- Task & Project Management: Coordinate priorities and tasks using Asana and ClickUp.
- Tech Support: Manage GHL tools (automations, workflows, forms, minor funnel tweaks) and assist with CRM pipelines.
- Client Onboarding & Admin Tasks: Assist with smooth client onboarding and maintain organized data and client information.

Requirements:
- Tech Expertise: Proficient in Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM and automation tools.
- Administrative Support: Experience in scheduling, client communications, and executive support.
- Written Communication: Strong English language skills for correspondence.
- Proactive & Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Sales Support Experience: Familiarity with lead management and supporting sales efforts.
- Tech Confidence: Comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Long-Term Commitment: Looking for someone who will grow with the company.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Alaska Pacific Time Zone (PST), Monday to Friday
Flexibility is encouraged, but clear communication is important if personal time is needed.
