JOB OVERVIEW

If your designs look great but don’t convert, we’re not interested. But if you’re the type of designer who understands how to turn websites into profit, keep reading. We’re a fast-growing digital agency building smart websites for small businesses, scaling entrepreneurs, and high-performing brands. Our clients don’t come to us for pretty pages, they want performance: leads, conversions, retention, and revenue.

We use GoHighLevel as the core platform, combined with SEO, AI tools, and automation.

You’re not just a designer and developer, you’re a strategic problem solver with style. You think in user flows, mobile-first layouts, and conversion psychology. You design like a pro, but you know that a pretty site that doesn’t convert is just decoration.
You're fast, reliable, independent, and you hate dragging projects out. You’re obsessed with delivering clean, purposeful work and don’t need to be babysat.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience designing conversion-optimized websites
Portfolio showing mobile-first, clean, modern work
Strong Figma skills (you’ll live here)
Ability to design for speed, responsiveness, and clarity
Understanding of CRO, UX flow, and basic SEO principles (H1, structure, etc.)

Bonus if you’ve worked with:
GoHighLevel
Webflow, Framer, or Elementor
AI tools, chatbot UI, or smart landing page systems

What you get:
Autonomy: You’ll own your designs from start to finish
Clear briefs, smooth systems, and a culture that respects your time
Long-term potential: If you’re a killer fit, we’ll keep you busy
Compensation: Project-based or monthly retainer, depending on your speed and output. We value results over hours.

Don’t Apply If:
You need daily hand-holding to move forward
You get offended when feedback is direct and honest

How to Apply:
Send:
A link to your portfolio (no portfolio = no response)
A short note on why your work gets results
Bonus: A link to a design you love (and tell us why it works)
