We help companies, coaches, and consultants get customers using our A.I. software and follow up with them using our software.

We need you to handle outbound sales efforts including: 100+ Outbound messages per day, joining facebook groups to find business owners, etc. - essentially, the day-to-day outbound sales operations of the company. We want you to play a huge role in things moving forward.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
Help RLC & Clients install GHL snapshots in sub accounts
Help RLC & Clients build workflows & automations
Help RLC & Clients respond to prospects generated via outbound sales efforts to book appointments
Answer any Client questions about GHL / RLC software
Help with any other task determined by RLC
Make suggestions to make our product or service better
Help with Customer onboarding


You'll be responsible for making sure customers receive what we promise, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.

Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with Prospects & Clients, via phone, email, google meet, & chat:
When a client makes a purchase you will help them get onboarded by installing a snapshot for them and helping them enter their information
Create Reports for clients and sends updates via email and slack
Makes recommendations to clients based on their goals

PAY

*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business ---------- loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM US PST time.
