We are expanding and need a full-time GoHighLevel Client Success Specialist to help our clients get up and running, get the most from the platform, and resolve their day-to-day questions.
This is a permanent position. We're looking for someone who wants to stay with our company long term, work alongside our existing team (Filipinos and Australians), and continue to learn and upgrade their skills toward mastery.
This is a broad role. You'll be across the majority of GHL's functionality so you can help clients with whichever features matter to them, deliver training, resolve support requests, and carry out small build projects. You won't be the deepest technical specialist on the team (we have automation specialists and web/funnel designers for that), but you'll be the capable, client-facing all-rounder who keeps clients confident and moving forward.
## WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Deliver new client training via Zoom, walking clients through the features relevant to their business
* Assist with onboarding new clients, including supporting our onboarding specialist with the data migration process
* Handle client support requests, most of which you'll resolve by providing clear written how-to instructions, a Loom video, or a pre-recorded video from our user training library
* Escalate the small number of support requests that require GHL technical support, and track them through to resolution for the client
* Build simple funnels in functional terms - placing forms, buttons and other elements on pages and testing that everything works (our web designers handle the visual design, so you won't need design skills)
* Build simple workflows as part of client projects
* Implement small paid projects at the request of clients
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout, in both written and spoken English
On more complex projects, you'll have backup from our team to help with the more challenging tasks. You're never left alone with a hard problem.

## REQUIREMENTS
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel across a broad range of features (ideal)
* Previous client-facing work experience - for example customer support, customer success, account management, onboarding, or training. This is a requirement.
* Clear, confident written and spoken English, and comfort speaking with clients on Zoom with screen sharing
* A good working knowledge across most GHL functions: subaccounts, CRM and pipelines, forms, calendars, conversations, funnels, workflows and settings
* The ability to build simple funnels (functionally) and simple workflows
* A background in other IT work - such as networking, technical support, or another technical role - will be an advantage

## THE DETAILS
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. We pay the 13th month in December. We also provide time off in lieu if we need you to work outside your regular hours to meet a deadline. We will expect to be your only employment; we are not interested in people working for multiple clients or running side businesses.
We'd prefer that you work 8am - 4pm Philippines time, as this aligns with the business day here in Australia: 11am - 7pm Sydney time.
Salary: US$900 - US$1,100 per month, depending on experience.
