We are a fast-growing fitness and small business company based in Wisconsin, USA, looking for a highly organized and proactive GoHighLevel expert to help us improve and manage our CRM systems, automations, customer communication, and marketing workflows.

This role will begin part-time (approximately 20 hours/week), but could grow into a full-time long-term position for the right person.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and organize GoHighLevel pipelines
- Ensure integrations are working properly
- Build and improve automations/workflows
- Manage LeadConnector conversations
- Respond to leads through SMS/email/chat
- Help improve lead follow-up systems
- Build referral and win-back campaigns
- Assist with customer journey automations
- Monitor missed opportunities and lead flow
- Help optimize appointment booking systems
- Improve tagging, segmentation, and CRM organization
- Help implement AI/chatbot systems where helpful
- Potential future opportunity to assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads

IMPORTANT:
This role is primarily behind-the-scenes.
You will NOT be required to answer inbound phone calls initially.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can work during USA Central Time overlap hours
- Can help us continuously improve systems

IDEAL HOURS:
We prefer some overlap with USA Central Standard Time.
Example schedules could include:
- 8 AM – 5 PM CST overlap
- 10 AM – 7 PM CST overlap
- Flexible hybrid schedules with overlap

PAY:
- Approximately $5–7 USD/hour depending on experience and skill
- Opportunity for long-term growth and increased hours
- Potential full-time role for the right person

A new gym lead fills out a Facebook ad form asking about personal training.

Current situation:
- The lead receives only 1 automated text message
- Nobody responds afterward
- The lead sits in the pipeline for 5 days
- No appointment gets booked
- No follow-up happens

YOUR TASK:
Please answer the following:

1. What automations or workflows would you build to improve this process?

2. What text message would you send to the lead first?

3. What follow-up sequence would you create over the next 7 days?

4. How would you organize this lead inside the pipeline?

5. What KPIs or metrics would you track to improve conversions?
