JOB OVERVIEW

We are a creative marketing and automation agency based in Chicago, running multiple brands across content production, paid ads, web development, real estate media, and wedding services. We help local businesses (HVAC, contractors, event vendors, etc.) grow their sales through streamlined automation, websites, and targeted outreach. We’re looking for a reliable VA to help us scale our operations inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and generate leads daily.

You will be responsible for building automations inside GoHighLevel, managing client pipelines, and executing outbound lead generation campaigns (emails, DMs, follow-ups) to help convert leads into sales opportunities.

This is a technical + sales hybrid role designed for someone who’s organized, proactive, and familiar with digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

???? GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & CRM Management
• Build and maintain GHL workflows, triggers, automations, and pipelines
• Manage lead tagging, deal stages, pipeline updates, task assignments
• Create forms, landing pages, booking links, and onboarding sequences
• Monitor deliverability and correct any email/SMS automation errors
• Set up automated follow-ups for abandoned leads or open contracts

???? Lead Generation & Outreach
• Scrape or source leads (HVAC, contractors, blue-collar services)
• Use tools like Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook Groups, or ----------
• Send personalized cold outreach emails + follow-up sequences (via GHL or Gmail)
• Warm up leads via Instagram/LinkedIn DMs (using custom templates)
• Track response rates, lead statuses, and booked calls

???? Sales Support & Reporting
• Help qualify leads and prep them for sales calls
• Maintain CRM hygiene (clean data, updated records)
• Send proposals, contracts, and invoices (Adobe Sign / GHL)
• Weekly reporting on leads generated, campaigns sent, reply rates, and conversions

Ideal Candidate Traits
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (certification a plus)
• Experience with outbound prospecting (email + social media)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Calendly)
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to multiple brands
• Excellent written English and proactive communication style
