GoHighLevel Automation Expert — Build & Fix Workflows, Webhooks, Integrations

We're Reyou, a U.S. mental-health clinic group. We run onGoHighLevel and it's grown messy. I need an expert to take it over and make it clean, reliable, and easy for me to direct.


Salary: $1,000–1,800/mo depending on proven depth (this is a senior role — I'm
paying for someone who needs no hand-holding)

About us: We're Reyou, a U.S. mental-health clinic group. We run on
GoHighLevel and it's grown messy. I need an expert to take it over and make it
clean, reliable, and easy for me to direct.

What you'll do:
- Audit our existing GHL sub-account and tell me what's broken before I tell
you
- Build and rebuild workflows, pipelines, forms, and automations
- Set up and debug webhooks and API connections (Meta CAPI, Google,
calendar/booking, etc.)
- Build Zapier / Make connections between GHL and outside tools
- Solve problems independently — I want to think about what the workflow
should do, not how to build it

You must have:
- 2+ years building in GoHighLevel specifically (not just "CRM experience")
- Real understanding of webhooks, API calls, and conditional logic — you can
explain a payload to me
- Zapier and/or ---------- experience
- Clear written English and the ability to explain what you built in plain
language
- Reliability — you finish things, you don't disappear

Bonus: healthcare/HIPAA awareness, Twilio/SMS, Meta/Google tracking
integrations.
