GoHighLevel Automation Expert

We are hiring a GoHighLevel Automation Expert to join our team at Next Level Empire.

This is a critical role responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining automation systems using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make, and other tools. You will be the architect behind our internal infrastructure and client systems, ensuring automations run efficiently, client snapshots are deployed accurately, and workflows are engineered for scale and speed.

You must be an expert in GoHighLevel, capable of working inside an Agency account across multiple client sub-accounts. You will be responsible for importing and configuring snapshots, building automations, creating workflows, managing third-party integrations, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing our systems for high performance.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain world-class GoHighLevel workflows, campaigns, and pipelines for internal operations and client accounts.

- Import, configure, and QA test snapshots into client sub-accounts using the GHL Agency Portal.

- Routinely audit and optimize automations for faster execution and higher conversion rates.

- Build intelligent workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and webhooks to integrate GHL with CRMs, payment systems, scheduling tools, and more.

- Create scalable automations that support high client volume without compromising speed or quality.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Client Relations, Sales, and Product Implementation teams to ensure GHL systems support business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and integration failures quickly and accurately.

- Maintain clear documentation and SOPs for all workflows and automation processes.

- Stay updated with new features and updates within GHL, Zapier, and Make to keep systems optimized.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, triggers, campaigns, forms, calendars, funnels, opportunities, and email/SMS systems.

- Strong experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), webhooks, and API-based integrations.

- Ability to translate business objectives into clean, scalable automation logic.

- Excellent documentation and system-mapping skills.

- Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving complex workflow issues.

- Experience working inside an Agency GHL Account with multiple client sub-accounts.

- Detail-obsessed, solution-driven, and committed to precision.

Preferred Competencies:

- Familiarity with AI platforms, CRM logic, and marketing funnels.

- Experience building in Notion, Airtable, Webflow, or using the GSheets API.

- Understanding of client lifecycle workflows including onboarding, nurturing, and sales.

- Ability to train junior tea ---------- mbers or support staff on GHL best practices.
