We are hiring a skilled GoHighLevel Automation and CRM Systems Builder to help deploy backend revenue systems for service-based businesses.

Our company installs complete automation systems that help businesses capture leads, automate follow-up, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.

These systems typically include:
• CRM pipelines
• Automation workflows
• Lead capture forms
• Booking calendars
• Email follow-up systems
• AI chat and voice integrations
• Simple landing pages

This role is focused on automation and system implementation, not graphic design.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working inside GoHighLevel and understands CRM automation and workflow logic.

Work Schedule

• Part-time position
• Approximately 20–25 hours per week

As systems become standardized, the role may transition to per-system deployment compensation.

• $10 – $15 USD per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and configuring GoHighLevel sub-accounts
• Creating CRM pipelines and stages
• Building automation workflows and triggers
• Connecting lead capture forms to automation
• Setting up appointment booking calendars
• Creating email follow-up sequences
• Deploying system templates and snapshots
• Implementing AI chat or voice agents when required
• Testing automations to ensure workflows function correctly
• Recording Loom videos when documenting system setups
• Troubleshooting automation issues

Required Experience

Applicants must have experience working inside GoHighLevel.

Required skills include:

• Experience building workflows in GoHighLevel
• Understanding of CRM pipelines and lead stages
• Experience with triggers, tags, and automation logic
• Ability to connect forms, calendars, and workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot automation issues
• Ability to follow technical instructions and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail
