JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
Overview?We’re looking for a detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to manage automations, subaccounts, and Facebook ad clients. This role blends technical setup, light website work (templates), client onboarding, and ad management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring systems run smoothly, ads perform effectively, and clients are properly supported.

Salary $700-$1000 per month depending on skillset
Looking for part time - full time

Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel / Automation
* Build, manage, and optimize GHL workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines
* Create and manage subaccounts for new clients
* Set up calendars, forms, surveys, email/SMS campaigns, and integrations
* Troubleshoot automation issues and system errors
* Maintain clean CRM data and ensure systems function correctly

Client Onboarding & Management
* Onboard new Facebook Ads clients into ----------
* Set up client accounts, access, and initial systems
* Communicate with clients during onboarding to collect required assets
* Handle ongoing client requests and basic support inquiries


Facebook
Ads Management
* Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns
* Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot ad delivery or account issues
* Make basic optimizations to improve lead quality and ROI
* Align ad strategy with GHL automations and funnels

Basic Website / Funnel Work
* Make basic website or funnel edits within GoHighLevel
* Update copy, images, forms, and pages as needed
* Ensure landing pages are functional and properly connected to automations

Troubleshooting & Support
* Diagnose and resolve issues across GHL, ads, and integrations
* Identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions
* Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements
* Proven experience using GoHighLevel (automations, workflows, subaccounts)
* Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
* Experience onboarding and managing marketing clients
* Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues
* Basic website or funnel editing experience (advanced design not required)
* 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or CRM management

* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Clear written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
* Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
