Key Responsibilities

Go High Level System Development
• Build complete intake funnel with advanced workflow automations
• Create multi-channel communication sequences (email/SMS drip campaigns)
• Design conditional logic and trigger-based automations
• Set up automated lead scoring and qualification systems

Zapier Integration & Advanced Automations
• Build Zapier workflows for capabilities beyond Go High Level's native features
• Create complex multi-app automations connecting GHL with Google Workspace, document systems, and third-party tools
• Implement advanced triggers and conditional logic across multiple platforms
• Design failsafe systems with backup automation pathways

Integrations & Automations
• Google Workspace: Auto-create Drive folders, populate Sheets, generate Docs
• Document Management: Secure upload portal with automated organization
• Lead Tracking: Real-time notifications, status updates, task assignments
• Communication Flows: Personalized sequences based on lead type and status
• Cross-platform automations using Zapier when GHL limitations exist
