CRM Automation & GHL Systems Operator (HighLevel Expert)
Role: CRM & Automation Architect (GoHighLevel)
Type: Contract / Part-Time (Opportunity to Grow)
Reports To: Founder / CEO
About The Role:
I’m looking for a high-level GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to build, optimize, and manage the CRM infrastructure for one of my new businesses.
This is not a basic VA role.
I need someone who deeply understands:
Advanced GHL automations
Pipeline architecture
Lead routing & tagging logic
Email
Trigger-based automations
Reporting dashboards
Opportunity management
Deliverability best practices
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a clean, scalable CRM system that supports marketing, sales, onboarding, and fulfillment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Architect and build pipelines from scratch
Design and implement automation workflows
Optimize tagging systems and segmentation
Create
Set up internal notification systems
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
Improve speed-to-lead and conversion tracking
Continuously audit and optimize workflows
Important: Collaborative Setup
I don’t just want this built for me — I want to understand it.
We will build this together.
I expect clear explanations of:
Why you structure things a certain way
Automation logic decisions
Best practices you’re applying
How I can maintain and scale it myself
You should be comfortable screen-sharing, walking through systems, and teaching as we build.

Someone who has built multiple GHL accounts from scratch
An automation strategist, not just a button-clicker
Highly organized, systems-minded
Strong communicator
Can think in terms of scalability and long-term structure
Has experience in the info product/course space
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with agencies or info products
Sales pipeline optimization experience
Strong understanding of lead attribution
Experience scaling accounts past 10,000+ contacts
