Go High Level Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time) – Manage Sub-Accounts + Recurring Monthly Bonuses

We build out done-for-you systems that handle calls, texts, reviews, websites, and follow-ups ,so our clients can focus on running their business, not chasing leads.

We’re looking for a part-time Go High Level assistant to manage client sub-accounts, make changes as needed, and help us deliver top-tier service to every business we serve.

This is a long-term role with recurring monthly bonuses and a clear path to full-time employment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Manage Go High Level sub-accounts for active clients
• Make changes to workflows, settings, automations, messaging, and more
• Set up A2P 10DLC registration and compliance for new clients
• Launch new clients using snapshots or custom setups
• Troubleshoot client issues and resolve small bugs or errors
• Follow SOPs and document what you build
• Communicate clearly with the team and take ownership of your work

WHO YOU ARE:
• Experienced with Go High Level (not just certified, real-world experience)
• Fluent in English with a clear, professional speaking voice
• Comfortable with workflows, triggers, tags, calendars, forms, pipelines, etc.
• Familiar with A2P setup or willing to learn it fast
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and independent you don’t need hand-holding
• Proactive communicator with strong written and spoken English
• Ready to grow into a full-time role over the next 2–3 months


BONUS SKILLS (not required but awesome):
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or API integrations
• Basic HTML/CSS for custom styling
• Design ability in Canva or Figma for landing page layouts
• Familiarity with SaaS Mode or agency white-labeling
• Ability to record Loom videos or build documentation/SOPs
