## The Role
As our GoHighLevel Administrator, you own our intake and marketing engine end to end. You will design, build, and maintain the automations, pipelines, forms, and campaigns that turn marketing spend into signed cases. You are equal parts systems builder, troubleshooter, and conversion optimizer, and you care deeply about speed-to-lead and clean data. If you see a broken workflow, you fix it before it costs us a case. If you see a faster path from lead to signature, you build it.
## What You Will Own
- Administer the firm's GoHighLevel account and sub-accounts, including users, permissions, roles, and overall system health
- Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows across the full intake journey, including new-lead response, missed-call text-back, nurture sequences, appointment reminders, and post-sign follow-up
- Configure and continuously optimize pipelines and stages so they mirror our real lead-to-signed-client process
- Build and maintain intake forms, surveys, funnels, calendars, and landing pages
- Own lead routing and assignment logic, including round-robin distribution and real-time notifications to intake staff
- Manage SMS and
- Maintain and improve our review and reputation request workflows
- Integrate GoHighLevel with our other systems using native integrations, webhooks, and APIs
- Build dashboards and reporting on lead source, conversion rate, speed-to-lead, and intake-team performance
- Keep data clean, monitor automations for breakage, and resolve issues quickly
- Document GoHighLevel processes as written SOPs and train intake staff on day-to-day use
- Stay current on new GoHighLevel features and bring us ideas worth implementing
## What We Are Looking For
- hands-on GoHighLevel administration, building and configuring rather than just using it
- Deep understanding of CRM structure, sales pipelines, and marketing automation
- A proven track record building multi-step workflows and automations that actually run reliably
- Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC registration and SMS and
- Comfort with webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Strong reporting instincts and a real commitment to data hygiene
- Self-directed, detail-obsessed, and able to translate a business goal into a working system
## Bonus Points
- Experience in a law firm, legal intake operation, or another high-volume lead environment
- Experience migrating from another intake CRM (Lead Docket experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with multi-state or multi-location pipeline setups
- An eye for conversion when building landing pages and funnels
- A genuine dislike of insurance companies
