Gig or Part-time: AI Developer / Automation Engineer (Internal Tools – Healthcare)

About the Role:
We’re a UK-based private healthcare group building internal automation and AI tools to improve clinic operations. We're looking for a developer or automation expert to build these tools exclusively for our clinic at first, starting with integrations and AI-powered systems.
Once our internal systems are refined and proven, there will be an opportunity to expand this role and help us roll out these tools to other clinics in the group plus sell to other clinics with your support.

What You'll Build:
A tool to integrate our CRM (Go High Level) with our EMR (Practice Hub) – we are currently using n8n for integrations
Voice AI agents to make outbound calls and book appointment
Compliance AI to auto-review clinical notes, report on practitioner compliance and provide updates to internal documents following HCPC or CQC compliance change
Custom automations using n8n, APIs, Python/Node.js

Who You Are:
Skilled with automation tools (preferably n8n)
Confident using APIs, webhooks, and scripting (Python or Node.js)
Familiar with Go High Level or similar CRMs (preferred)
Experience with VAPI, chatbot/voice bot development (a plus)
Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently
