Job Description:

I’m looking for a long-term Generative AI Video Creator / Editor to help produce 9:16 vertical micro-drama content.

This role is for someone who can create polished AI-generated images and videos, work with short-form story scenes, and turn a rough creative brief into usable production assets.

The main skill I’m looking for is generative AI video production.

You must have hands-on experience using Seedance 2.0. Please do not apply if you have only heard of Seedance 2.0 or only watched tutorials. I’m looking for someone who has actually used it in a practical workflow.

The work will include creating AI images, generating AI video clips, building character and scene consistency, testing different prompts, improving outputs from feedback, selecting the best clips, editing, captions, sound or music placement where needed, and preparing final 9:16 files.

You should understand that vertical micro-dramas are not just attractive AI visuals. They need clear story hooks, emotional beats, character consistency, readable framing on a phone screen, and clips that can be edited into a coherent sequence.

Required:

Strong generative AI image and video creation skills
Hands-on Seedance 2.0 experience
Good visual taste
Ability to work in 9:16 vertical format
Ability to create story-led scenes with hooks, reactions, conflict, reveals, and payoff ---------- nts
Ability to prompt for character consistency, wardrobe, camera movement, mood, lighting, location, and scene detail
Ability to notice weak composition, poor motion, flicker, artifacts, bad anatomy, and generic AI-looking output
Ability to explain your workflow clearly
Ability to take feedback and improve the work quickly

Nice to have:

Experience with Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Veo, Sora, Flux, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva
Experience with AI audio or voice tools such as ElevenLabs
Basic editing, captions, sound, grading, and delivery formatting
