General/Admin Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Support

Are you an organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience supporting e-commerce operations? We’re hiring a General/Admin VA to help streamline daily tasks across our online store(s) — including product research, order processing, listing updates, and backend support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Research & Sourcing
• Conduct research to find new product opportunities for our store
• Identify 10–20 promising new products per week based on trends, demand, and competition
• Check for any existing patents, restrictions, or high-risk items
• Ensure product size and weight fit our requirements
• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing, shipping, and MOQ info
• Calculate estimated profit margins (including fees and shipping)

Order & Fulfillment Support
• Monitor daily orders across platforms
• Input or confirm tracking numbers manually
• Coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment centers
• Notify customers of shipping delays or updates
Product Listing & Maintenance
• Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and images
• Edit or update pricing, inventory, and product details
• Basic SEO tagging and keyword input (optional)
• Organize collections and categories
Inventory Tracking
• Keep inventory spreadsheets or systems updated
• Alert the team when SKUs are low or out of stock
• Assist with simple inventory forecasting or reordering
Customer Support
• Respond to customer emails, website chat, or DMs (if applicable)
• Handle return/refund requests and complaints with professionalism
• Follow up post-purchase for reviews or feedback
Data Entry & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales logs, return logs, and order history
• Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports (sales, fulfillment, refunds, etc.)
• Track frequently asked questions or review trends
Calendar & Task Management
• Schedule calls with suppliers or internal check-ins
• Keep shared task boards or calendars updated
• Send reminders or prep documents ahead of meetings
Bonus Tasks (Optional):
• Amazon Support: Track ASINs, respond to tickets, monitor performance
• Supplier Liaison: Follow up on orders, quotes, and Pos
