About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Client Engagement & Support Specialist to support our US-based client. This role involves managing client communication, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and service scheduling, while also engaging in community interactions on various platforms. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving recurring services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Client Follow-ups

-Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports on activities, leads, and outcomes.
-Conduct follow-ups on initial inquiries from the website, email, and online platforms.
-Reach out to clients after their first service to offer recurring service packages (bi-weekly or monthly).
-Contact previous clients who have not availed services in some time to re-engage them via message, call, and confirmation of updated details (address, home description, etc.).
-Proactively offer promotions and special deals to encourage client retention.

Lead Generation & Platform Engagement

-Reach out to potential clients across Yelp, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
-Create and manage accounts for Facebook and ---------- to expand engagement channels.
-Join active community groups (Facebook, Reddit, Yelp) to participate, comment, and share relevant links that build brand visibility.
-Monitor and respond to comments on social platforms to nurture client interest and maintain a positive brand presence.

Customer Service & Scheduling

-Assist with customer service management by scheduling at least two services daily under supervision.
-Request client information, confirm details, check availability, and correctly schedule services in the company’s calendar system.
-Support training initiatives to improve customer service efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

-Previous experience in customer service, client support, or lead generation (preferably with US-based clients).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Comfortable working graveyard shifts to align with US business hours.
-Proficiency with online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google, Reddit).
-Ability to manage multiple communication channels (email, calls, chat, and social platforms).
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with excellent follow-up skills.
-Familiarity with scheduling systems, calendars, or CRM tools is a plus.
