Job Position: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Japanese-English)
Job Description:
-Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
-Respond to calls/ Appointment setting
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos,
· Take minutes during meetings
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
· Respond to live chat inquiries
· Monitoring of bookings
SALARY: 500 USD base salary
Working hours-Full time- Hawaii Standard Time
Required number of hours: 40 hours
