General VA for eCommerce & Amazon | Full Time | Work Daytime Philippines Time | Long Term Position

I am the owner of an e-commerce electronics company. We design, develop, and sell consumer electronics worldwide, targeting mostly Apple customers. (Will share the brand name after the initial application for candidates we are interested in)

We are a premium brand and are growing very quickly.

Currently, we are building a top team with some of the best people in their fields and are looking for a general VA to join us in our mission to create some of the best consumer products in the world.

We are a small team that packs a punch. By building good structures and processes, we reduce the daily legwork and run a very lean business.

The right person is a general all-rounder who will play a key role in doing Amazon optimizations, assisting with marketing strategies, general day-to-day tasks, and some customer service tasks. We're in need of a versatile individual who can wear multiple hats and grow with us.

You don't need to have a comprehensive background in e-commerce, although experience is a significant plus. We will be guiding you, and we will always be there to support your journey. Over time, you will take on greater responsibility and should be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

The reason we offer such a high salary for this position (a lot above average for general VA) is because we are looking for the best of the best!

What you will do:

1. General day-to-day tasks
We are in need of a proactive individual who can help in the day-to-day and help improve processes. This includes collaborating with tea ---------- mbers, delegating tasks, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

2. Marketing Assistance
Our VA will also play a vital role in our marketing side of things, assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and efforts in our Amazon and Shopify stores.

3. Customer Service
Our customers are key to our success, so you will be helping us manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, contributing to a better customer experience.


Who you are:

1. Fluent in both written and spoken English
You should have excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be writing to or speaking to customers, third-party agencies, and other stakeholders, manage email communications, etc. You should have a strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate confidently. A near-native English speaker is a bonus.

2. Numerical Skills
Strong numerical skills are a big PLUS. You may have to handle some data analysis and create Excel spreadsheets.

3. Amazon / E-Commerce Knowledge (not a requirement but a big plus)
Understanding the ins and outs of Amazon's platform, including Seller Central and FBA, is crucial. We also expect a good grasp of the e-commerce business model and best practices.


There's no need to worry if you're not an expert in all these areas. As long as you're willing to learn and put in the effort, we are happy to guide you, but we expect you to be intelligent and capable of handling some complex tasks from time to time (you will have all the help you need, but you should be capable of exercising common sense and good judgment).

This is a long-term position with plenty of opportunities for increased responsibilities and growth.

We are seeking someone who can work full-time, devoting 40 hours per week to us with no other commitments or side ---------- te that we use Hubstaff to track hours. We do not use this to micromanage; it is mainly for gauging workloads so we can fairly and effectively distribute tasks across the team.

You will be working Philippine daytime hours, with the possibility of flexibility in the future.
