VALORPRO Global is hiring on behalf of an exciting early-stage tech startup building a mobile and web app focused on AI scam detection, fraud prevention, and content authenticity verification.

We are looking for a strong General Manager who can run the business day to day while the founder focuses on product vision, strategy, and fundraising.

This is for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in startup operations. You must be able to manage moving parts, lead people, solve problems fast, and build structure in a fast-changing environment.

This is not a beginner role.
This is not a purely creative or visionary role.
This is for a real operator who knows how to execute.

What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of the startup
Manage team coordination across developers, designers, marketers, and support staff
Keep projects moving on time and on budget
Build and improve systems, workflows, and accountability
Track KPIs, timelines, and operational priorities
Handle vendor coordination and day-to-day business issues
Support customer service setup and feedback systems
Assist with basic HR, payroll coordination, and admin operations
Solve problems quickly without needing constant direction
Help the founder stay focused on strategy by taking ownership of execution
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Startup COO, or similar
Proven experience managing teams and operations in a startup, tech company, app business, SaaS, or digital business
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
Strong leadership, organization, and follow-through
Experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Slack, or similar
Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Based in the Philippines
Reliable internet and professional home office setup
