**About Me**

My name is Cami and I am a mom of 3 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (USA). I have been in the online marketing world since 2016 after quitting teaching to stay home with my son. I am growing my business in between naps and soccer practice and could really use some assistance to get more done with the limited time that I have.

I run a SaaS business built on a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel, helping clients set up automated marketing and follow-up systems. My clients fall into two groups: local businesses (chiropractors, plumbers, service providers, etc.) who need lead capture and follow-up systems, and online experts/coaches who need tech and marketing support for their digital product businesses.

**About the Role**

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who has hands-on GHL experience and is eager to grow their skills with me. This is a part-time role to start (up to 10 hours/week) with strong potential to grow into more hours — and more responsibility — as the business scales.

I sometimes approach things a little differently than a typical agency setup, so I need someone who can follow my direction closely, ask good clarifying questions, and not just default to "the way it's usually done." I'd rather have someone coachable and detail-oriented than someone who's set in their ways.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Building and editing GHL workflows, automations, and pipelines (missed call text-back, review requests, follow-up sequences, etc.)
- Setting up and maintaining GHL sub-accounts for new clients using templates/snapshots
- Building funnels and websites inside GHL
- Helping organize and clean up automations as the system grows
- Supporting both local business clients and online expert/coach clients, depending on what's needed week to week
- Occasionally helping with marketing content support (using AI tools to draft, edit, or refine copy)
- Flagging things that look off from a design or user-experience standpoint, even if you're not a designer

**Must-Haves**

- Real hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (this is non-negotiable — please don't apply if you've only used other CRMs)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to support your work
- Strong written English — clear, professional, and easy to understand
- A good eye for what looks clean and professional, even without formal design training
- Coachable — willing to learn my way of doing things, ask questions instead of guessing
- Reliable communication and availability for part-time, flexible hours (up to 10/week to start)

**Nice-to-Haves**

- General understanding of online/digital marketing (funnels, follow-up sequences, lead nurture)
- Experience with Canva
- Experience in Customer Support for GHL
- Experience supporting a small business, solo agency owner, or online coach/expert (not just a big team)

**Hours & Pay**

Part-time, up to 10 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to grow into more hours and responsibility as we add clients. **Pay: $8/hour**, with room to grow as you take on more.
