GHL Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with strong experience in GoHighLevel and ClickUp to manage marketing funnels, automations, and campaign execution for multiple business brands.

This role requires someone who understands full funnel flow — not just building pages — but how everything connects:

Ads ? Forms ? Pipelines ? Workflows ? Follow-Up ? Booking ? Reporting.

Responsibilities

GoHighLevel
• Build and manage funnels (landing, opt-in, VSL, booking, thank you, surveys)
• Create and optimize workflows
• Manage pipelines & stages
• Tag logic and lead scoring
• Email, SMS, voicemail, AI follow-up
• Custom values setup
• Testing entire flow end-to-end
• Troubleshoot broken automations
• Snapshot imports and sub-account setups
• Payment links, invoices, subscriptions
• Appointment logic and calendar routing

ClickUp
• Build SOP task lists
• Manage campaign projects
• Track funnel builds
• QA checklists
• Client project organization
• Reporting task completion
