Funnel Operations Manager – Build & Scale Automated Digital Course Business (5 Openings)

Part-Full time Based on Performance.

We are launching 5 automated digital course businesses in different niches (9–5 workers, gig workers, stay-at-home parents, entrepreneurs & business owners, retirees). Each funnel sells a $596 digital course license and requires automation services ($525–$10,000/mo) to generate income.

We’re looking for 5 Operations Managers who will each be responsible for one funnel. Mastering your funnel will directly scale the business’s profits — and your own.

Responsibilities:
• Build and launch your assigned funnel.
• Run and optimize ad campaigns (Meta + Instagram to start).
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Work with our Onboarding Coach to ensure clients choose automation services (80%+ conversion initial goal, 100% ultimate goal).
• Provide daily updates on funnel performance.

Requirements:
• Experience with funnels (ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Paid ads experience (Meta/Instagram).
• Strong English communication.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and ready to grow.
• Able to commit 10–15 hrs/week to start (with more hours in Week 2 if results are strong).

Compensation & Growth:
• Base Pay: $5/hour, 10–15 hrs/week.
• Week 2: Increased to 20 hrs/week if you show results. (And so on as performance is proven)
• Performance Bonuses: $15 per sale + $25 per automation package conversion. (Even if automation package is sold by the onboarding coach)
• Milestones: $500 at $5K revenue, $1,000 at $10K revenue.
• Top OM of the Month: $500 bonus.
• Long-Term: Profit-share (2–5%) for consistent top performers.
