JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote | Part-time or Project-Based
Start: ASAP
Rate: Competitive – Based on experience and speed


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re a fast-scaling coaching company doing $400K–$600K/month, aiming for $1M/month.
We run multiple offers across funnels, ads, platforms, and touchpoints.
Now we want to see it all in one place — and optimize like operators.

We’re hiring someone to set up and connect the full tracking ecosystem, using tools like:
• Motion - For creative performance tracking
• CustomerLabs (or similar: Segment, RudderStack) - For behavioral funnel tracking
• Hyros - Already integrated for attribution (optional but a bonus)
• ClickFunnels, Webflow, or custom landing pages - Event tracking across funnel steps
• Slack / Zapier / CRM (GoHighLevel, Close, etc.) - For lead alerts, behavior triggers, and smart segmentation

You’re not just a tech integrator.
You think like a RevOps architect — building systems that help us make smarter decisions, faster.


YOUR JOB
• Set up Motion correctly to track ad creatives across platforms (Meta/YouTube)
• Track and categorize creatives based on hook, format, and performance
• Set up CustomerLabs (or equivalent) to track events like:
• Page views
• Button clicks
• Quiz/VSL/watch % tracking
• Checkout visits
• Form completions (booked call, signed up, ghosted, etc.)
• Build live-updating user journey segments (e.g. “Visited checkout but didn’t buy”)
• Route events to:
• Slack (lead alerts)
• CRM (lead scoring, tagging, follow-up)
• Retargeting audiences (Facebook, Google)
• Create documentation so our marketing + sales team can use the data

YOU IF YOU:
• Have real experience with Motion and at least one CDP (CustomerLabs, Segment, or Rudderstack)
• Understand funnels, buyer journeys, and sales logic (this isn’t just data plumbing)
• Have experience integrating with ClickFunnels, Zapier, Slack, etc.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with coaching or info-product businesses
