Fulltime Video Editor

Dojou Media is looking for a full-time video editor who has experience with storytelling.

Dojou media is a fast growing media company, we produce content for clients across multiple niches, so you'll be cutting a range of formats from short-form to long-form but also talking-head, vlog-style, and more. If you are experienced in turning raw footage into something people actually want to watch, keep reading.

What you'll be doing

- Editing video projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Plus point if you are comfortable working with Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Color grading to a clean, professional, consistent standard
- Shaping pacing, structure, and flow so every edit tells a story, not just cuts clips together
- Handling a variety of edit styles depending on the client and the brief
- Managing your own time across multiple projects and hitting deadlines without being chased

What we're looking for

- Strong proficiency in video editing
- A fully dedicated editor who isn't juggling other clients or companies on the side
- A real eye for color grading
- Genuine understanding of storytelling and pacing — you know why an edit works, not just how
- Good written and spoken English for clear communication
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple edits
- Versatility across different editing styles and formats
- Hungry to grow, take feedback, and get better with every project (massive growth opportunities)
- Available full-time during fixed hours: 8:30–17:00 (Philippine Timezone)
