Fullstack Rails/React Developer

InstaLinks ( ---------- ) is a Rails/React web application that helps people and businesses market their brands online. We need a fullstack developer who can learn the product and be with the company ---------- staLinks was built 4 years ago by an agency, and now the code base and tech stack are in need of an upgrade to current versions. This will allow us to confidently pursue future development, knowing it is built on a firm foundation.

The chosen candidate will be working with the owner of InstaLinks, who has worked as a software product manager and technical business analyst for over 20 years. He knows agile methods and best practices, how to write clear requirements that help developers succeed, and has just enough dev skills to be dangerous. ;)

Responsibilities include:
- New feature development
- Bug fixing
- Managing Heroku
- Software deployment
- Testing new features (until a QA tester is added to the team)

Initial objectives include:
- Create script for Gitpod dev environment
- Upgrade from Rails 5 to Rails 7
- Update all gems to latest
