Full time Long Form Content Editor

I am looking for a long-form video editor who can create content at a level similar to this example:

About the role:
You will be responsible for editing long-form YouTube-style videos from start to finish. This includes sourcing all B-roll and supporting clips yourself, which is the most time-consuming part of the process. You will also generate the voice-over (I will provide access to the tool).

Initially, the content will be in Polish, so you will need to translate the script, fully understand the meaning, and adapt visuals accordingly. It’s very doable, but attention to detail is important.

Workload:
Around 10 videos per month
Average length: ~20 minutes per video

From my experience speaking with editors, it usually takes around 30–60 minutes to edit one minute of finished video. On average, we estimate about 45 minutes of editing time per finished minute.

20 minutes of finished video × 45 minutes of editing time per minute = ~900 minutes of work per video

Pay:

* $2.50 per finished minute
* This equals roughly $3.50/hour based on the estimated editing time
* While the hourly rate may seem low, the workload is consistent and high-volume, which adds up to a solid monthly paycheck

Requirements:
- Very good English (spoken and written)
- Ability to understand content, translate it into Polish, and match visuals to the meaning
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Ability to source high-quality B-roll and clips independently
- Comfortable generating voice-overs using provided tools
- Available for daily calls/check-ins
- Able to work full-time and commit long-term
