Working Hours: can work between 4AM-9PM PST / Shifting Schedule
Salary: $5 / hour - bi-weekly + bonuses
We are a well-established garage door company based in the United States, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center/Appointment Setter to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with exceptional English language skills and a strong background in customer service and call center operations. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments for new customers seeking services.
- Assist customers, and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Entering and managing data in the CRM system.
Qualification
- Prior experience in BPO and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and a quick learning ability.
- Fluent and clear English communication ( B2 to C2 level proficiency).
- Fast and accurate typing skills while speaking with customers
- Familiarity with recording U.S. addresses accurately.
- A friendly and engaging phone demeanor, must sound natural, not robotic or monotonous.
- Ability to memorize scripts completely (non-negotiable)
- A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, accurate work.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
