Full-stack engineer

We’re building an AI-first sales engagement tool. We automate SDR research and admin so they can focus on having meaningul conversations.. You’ll work directly with the founder and ship features end-to-end.

What you’ll do
- Build full-stack features across Python (API) and React (UI) from spec ? deploy.
- Design and ship AI features (LLM calls, tool/function use, embeddings/RAG, prompt iteration, basic evals & telemetry).
- Own quality: thoughtful PRs, tests, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Collaborate async with clear written updates; join brief overlap windows for reviews/planning.

Must-have:
- 4+ years professional experience shipping full-stack software.
- Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), REST/GraphQL
- Frontend: React + TypeScript; component design, state management, testing
- AI product experience: you’ve shipped LLM-powered features (OpenAI/Anthropic/etc.), used tool/function calling, embedding search/vector DBs, and can write/iterate prompts with lightweight evals.

Nice-to-have
- Next.js, Prisma/SQLAlchemy, Docker, AWS (Lambda/ECS/S3), CI/CD.
- Chrome extension development (service workers, content scripts).
- Observability (logs/metrics/traces) and basic security practices.


How we work
- Remote-first. Async by default with a small, predictable overlap window for live reviews.
- Ownership. You’ll take a ticket from brief ? design ? implementation ? PR ? deploy.

Engagement & compensation
- Start with a paid 1-week test. If it’s a fit, continue as a full-time contractor (monthly USD) with the option to convert to employment later.
