Full stack developer web application

Design a mock up application based on detailed scope in 2 weeks. The mock up tool is for demonstration for a client of my company.
Two web pages needed as a minimum. As an initial It is a service management tool, chat tool, and some visualisation integrated into a web app ("tool box").
We need to demonstrate to the client who this application (toolbox) will look like when properly designed and executed that based on certain connected device monitoring data, how it looks like when there is a problem, and then the controller clicks on the problem and show a few things, or can start chatting to Technology Support. We need to demonstrate what a "Technology Support" engineer sees and how they start troubleshooting, and chatting to the site personnel. Looks, logic, and functions are all scoped out roughly, and we have sample data, structured, filtered. We are looking at building the tool later properly, and ongoing support. We are looking at open source applications to be integrated into our technology support "tool box".
