Full-stack developer

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a versatile developer who can take ownership of our internal system build and then move seamlessly into developing and maintaining our website development efforts, including other clients. The ideal candidate will approach problem-solving with a strong technical mindset, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow with the company.

Core Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a functional internal program tailored to our workflow needs
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine program performance and web features
- Collaborate with leadership on structural improvements and integration opportunities
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and consistent communication throughout phases

Requirements:
- Proven experience in software or web development (full stack a plus)
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and version control tools
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within deadlines
- Clear communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:
- Experience transitioning projects from prototype to production
- Familiarity with modern frameworks or CMS platforms (Webflow is a HUGE bonus)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles

Compensation: Base + performance-based bonus
