Full-Time eCommerce Operations & Logistics Manager (Amazon & Walmart Specialist)

We are a growing US-based eCommerce brand and a Registered US Trademark owner, operating on Amazon and Walmart. We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and completely autonomous eCommerce Operations & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day backend operations, logistics, and inventory management.

If you are someone who needs to be micromanaged, please do not apply. We need a problem solver who can learn new platform updates independently, communicate professionally with overseas factories, and protect our account health fiercely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Management of ocean/air freight using Amazon AGL (Amazon Global Logistics). Creating shipping plans, tracking vessels, coordinating with factories (China/Vietnam), managing customs clearance documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to FBA and WFS.
• Store Management: Monitor Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center daily. Maintain account health, resolve suppressed listings, fix pricing errors, and proactively handle cases with seller support.
• Inventory Control: Track inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts across FBA & WFS.
• Customer Support: Handle customer messages, returns, and reviews with professional English.
• Operations Tracking: Log daily sales and logistical data into the company's workspace (Hubstaff & Notion).

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience managing operations for Amazon FBA and Walmart.
• Deep, practical knowledge of Amazon AGL and international shipping workflows.
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
