We are seeking a competent and highly proficient full-stack developer to join our team. This role involves building and evolving our company platforms with the flexibility to create custom solutions as needed.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain websites for our brands (Nikova & GRG Engineering)
• Build responsive, modern interfaces and stable back-end functionality
• Customize features or code from scratch as needed to meet project requirements
• Collaborate on technical decisions and recommend practical solutions
• Work efficiently within development sprints and communicate progress clearly
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Skills & Experience

We expect a developer who is skilled, practical, and able to deliver quality results independently.
• Proficiency in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
• Strong experience with JavaScript and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, etc.)
• Back-end experience with Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies
• Ability to create and customize features beyond pre-made templates or plugins
• Strong problem-solving skills and a down-to-earth approach to technical challenges
• Clear communication and the ability to work well in a team setting
