Full-Time Virtual Assistant – WhatsApp Messaging & Monitoring

???? JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a serious, reliable, and focused full-time Virtual Assistant to manage multiple WhatsApp accounts using virtual phones.

This job requires long daily availability, strong discipline, and a good computer capable of running many virtual devices at the same time.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants stable income and can fully focus on one job only.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage 30–50 virtual phones using Geelark
- Set up WhatsApp accounts using pre-defined names and profile pictures
- Send pre-written messages (only inserting the contact’s first name)
- Monitor replies by keeping all devices active during the shift
- Update WhatsApp account information and resend messages if no reply after several hours

- In rare cases (around 5% of the time), WhatsApp accounts may get banned or stop working:
- Request a new phone number via a dedicated website
- Receive the WhatsApp verification code
- Set up a new WhatsApp account
- All phone numbers, balances, and costs are fully paid by us

- When a reply is received:
- Take a screenshot of the conversation
- Send the screenshot to our team
- We take over the conversation from that point

- Log all activity and follow-up in a shared Google Sheets file
- Keep the computer and software running during the full working hours
- Follow the video tutorial and instructions provided


???? REQUIREMENTS:

- Good spoken and written English
- Strong computer (able to run many virtual phones simultaneously)
- Stable and fast internet connection
- Ability to stay focused and monitor notifications for long periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
- Must NOT have another full-time job
???? WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday
10 hours per day
Fixed schedule
???? WAGE / SALARY:
$380/month + performance bonuses
???? BONUS SYSTEM:
Bonus per Reply (Tiered System):
- $0.50 per valid reply
- $2.00 per qualified reply
- $4.00 per highly qualified reply

On average, qualified replies are not frequent.
You can expect approximately 1–2 qualified replies per 70 messages sent.

Replies depend on the market, not on the VA.
All replies are reviewed and validated.
Quality and honesty are more important than quantity.

Exceptional Closing Bonus (Very Rare):
- $400 bonus if a highly qualified lead generated results in a closed deal.
This may happen once every 1–2 months and is not guaranteed.
