We are seeking an experienced, highly effective, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant with exceptional communication and customer service skills to become a key member of our team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This role requires outstanding guest communication abilities, excellent written and spoken English, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to prospective and current guests.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking requests, and support issues.
Manage guest communications before, during, and after each stay.
Resolve guest concerns and challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
Build strong guest relationships that contribute to repeat bookings and positive reviews.
Help maintain consistent 5-star reviews through excellent communication and service.
Reservation & Revenue Management
Manage reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Monitor calendars, availability, and booking performance.
Adjust pricing and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Support revenue management strategies and booking optimization initiatives.
Property Operations
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure properties remain guest-ready and maintained to company standards.
Monitor operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in creating, documenting, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support operational improvements.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Listing Management & Marketing
Maintain and optimize listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms.
Update listing content, amenities, photos, and property information.
Create engaging marketing and social media content using Canva and other tools.
Assist with marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility, bookings, and guest retention.
Develop guest re-engagement campaigns to encourage repeat bookings.
AI, Automation & Innovation
Utilize AI tools and other technologies to improve communication, productivity, marketing, and operations.
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
Recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and business performance.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Special Projects
Support business development initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in taking on new responsibilities.
Contribute ideas that help the company scale, improve systems, and achieve strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in vacation rental, short-term rental, Airbnb, or VRBO operations.
Experience managing or supporting 15+ vacation rental properties.
Previous Airbnb and/or VRBO customer service experience required.
Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar, spelling, and communication abilities.
Proven experience handling guest inquiries, complaints, conflict resolution, and issue management.
Experience using Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez, and related property management software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable computer, dedicated workspace, and high-speed internet connection.
Schedule & Commitment
Full-time position.
Thursday through Monday.
8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
Must be consistently available during scheduled working hours.
