Full-Time Video Editor — Short-Form Reels + Podcast (German Content)

We are a small content production team. We edit short-form video for
high-end
individuals and podcasts. We are looking for an addition to our team.

The work is flexible but intense when it comes. Most weeks are 2-3 focused
work days. Some weeks lighter. We need someone who can also jump in on-call
when we have an ad that needs to be cut same-day or next-day.

WHAT YOU WILL CUT
- Short-form reels for personal-brand creators (vertical 9:16, 30-90
seconds)
- Podcast clips and cold-opens (hook-driven first 60 seconds, dynamic
pacing)
- On-demand ad creatives (Meta / TikTok) when we need a fast turnaround

TOOLS
- Adobe Premiere Pro is the main tool — you must be confident in it
- CapCut and After Effects are a plus, not required
- Familiar with multi-cam podcast sync is a plus

GERMAN LANGUAGE
The content is in German. You only need BASIC German knowledge — enough to:
- Read German subtitle text accurately (we provide the transcripts)
- Place captions word-precise without merging or splitting words wrong
- Spot obvious typos
You do not need to speak or write German.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years editing short-form for personal brands, creators, or podcasts
- Portfolio links required (3 reels minimum)
- Reliable turnaround — when we say 24h, we mean 24h
- Stable internet, dedicated workspace, available to respond within work
hours
- Comfortable with on-call ad-cut requests (we don't abuse it, but it
happens)
