Full-Time Video Editor (Podcasts, Shorts, Reels + AI Workflow)

We are looking for a highly skilled, full-time Video Editor who understands modern content—not just editing, but storytelling, pacing, and what performs on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role is for someone who can take long-form podcast content and turn it into engaging short-form clips, viral ---------- nts, and polished full-length videos. You should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve speed, quality, and creativity.


What You’ll Be Doing:
• Edit long-form podcast episodes (clean cuts, pacing, audio balancing, multi-cam when needed)
• Create high-performing YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikToks from long-form content
• Add captions, motion graphics, zoom cuts, sound effects, and music to increase engagement
• Identify viral ---------- nts and structure clips for retention
• Integrate AI tools into your workflow (for captions, cutting, ideation, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent editing style and brand voice


What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience editing for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention strategies
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience using AI tools (Descript, Runway, Opus, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong attention to detail and communication
