Preview Media is an Australian real estate media company looking for a highly skilled full time Video Editor and Photo Editor to join the team. This is a full time role for someone who produces polished, professional real estate media content at speed and to a consistently high standard every single day.
Real estate media moves fast — turnarounds are tight and quality is non-negotiable. If you're fast, highly skilled and can deliver professional real estate editing consistently day in day out, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Edit real estate photography in Adobe Lightroom to a professional standard
Edit real estate video walkthroughs, property showcases and marketing videos in CapCut
Additional editing software — [to be confirmed by client]
Deliver polished, professional real estate media content on time every day
Maintain consistent editing style and quality standards across all projects
Organise and manage files across multiple property projects simultaneously
Work efficiently to meet turnaround times for real estate listings
Communicate proactively on project status

What We're Looking For
Must Have
Adobe Lightroom — highly proficient for real estate photo editing
CapCut — proficient for real estate video editing
Additional software — [to be confirmed]
Real estate media experience — understands the standards and turnaround times required
Fast and highly organised — manages multiple property projects with daily deadlines
Consistent quality — every deliverable is polished and professional
Reliable — delivers on time every single day
Self-managed — works independently to a high standard

Bonus Points
Experience working for a real estate media or photography company
Adobe Photoshop experience for advanced photo retouching
Drone footage editing experience
Virtual staging or sky replacement experience
