We are Grit Labs Media, a fast-growing creative agency that specializes in performance-driven ecommerce advertising.

We're looking for a Video Editor who wants more than just editing videos.

We want someone who wants to become one of the best performance creatives in the industry.

You'll work directly with brands in health, wellness, pet, and ecommerce niches creating Meta and TikTok ads designed to generate real results.

## What You'll Be Doing

* Editing direct response video ads
* Creating UGC-style content
* Editing VSLs and ecommerce creatives
* Working with AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, and more
* Following creative briefs and references
* Implementing feedback and revisions
* Organizing project files and assets
* Collaborating with our team through Discord, Notion, and Frame.io

## What We're Looking For

### Required

? Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects

? Strong understanding of pacing and retention

? Ability to follow instructions

? Reliable internet connection

? Strong communication skills

? Able to meet deadlines consistently

### Bonus Points

? Ecommerce ad editing experience

? Direct response marketing knowledge

? AI video generation experience

? Experience creating Meta or TikTok ads

? Familiarity with ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar tools
