Experienced Video Editor for Fashion Textile Brand

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our fashion textile brand full-time.

This is not a basic video editing role. We are looking for someone very skilled with a strong visual eye, excellent taste, and a deep understanding of fashion, ecommerce, branding, social media, and customer psychology.

Our brand sells fashion fabrics and textiles, so the videos must feel elevated, stylish, modern, feminine, fashion-oriented, and visually strong. We need someone who can create videos that do not just look nice, but also help sell, build desire, and make people stop scrolling. Our customer is a high tier customer so we need videos that convert for this type of person.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with AI Videos. Even if he is not good at it right now, we need to know this person is willing to learn AI video generation

Main Responsibilities

You will help create video content for different platforms, including:

* Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
* Video ads for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
* Product-focused videos for fabrics and textile collections
* Website video banners or homepage video sections
* Email campaign videos or GIF-style visuals
* Product launch videos
* Promotional videos for sales and campaigns
* Aesthetic brand videos that support our new visual direction
* Simple motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects
* Editing raw product footage into polished, elevated videos
* Adding music, sound effects, captions, graphics, and visual details
* Repurposing videos into different formats and ratios for different platforms
* Organizing video files, folders, footage, and creative assets
* Supporting the marketing team with creative ideas and video concepts

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a very strong sense of style, taste, and aesthetics
* Understands fashion, beauty, ecommerce, branding, and modern visual trends
* Can make product videos feel elevated, desirable, and high-end
* Understands how short-form videos work and what makes people stop scrolling
* Understands customer psychology and how to create videos that attract attention and build desire
* Can create videos for ads, social media, email, and website use
* Has experience editing ecommerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or product-focused videos
* Can work with raw footage and make it look much better through editing
* Can use music, pacing, text, transitions, overlays, effects, and color in a tasteful way
* Has a strong understanding of visual rhythm, timing, and storytelling
* Can create videos that feel stylish and modern, not basic or generic
* Can follow brand direction but also bring creative ideas
* Is comfortable experimenting with different video styles
* Can create reusable video templates when needed
* Communicates clearly and can take feedback professionally
* Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Is flexible and willing to support different creative and marketing tasks when needed

Tools

You may use any tools you prefer, as long as the final result is strong.

Preferred tools may include:

* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* After Effects
* Final Cut Pro
* Canva
* Photoshop
* AI video or image tools
* Other video editing or creative platforms

We do not care which tool you use. We care about the quality of the final result.

## Important

This role is for someone who can think creatively and visually, not just cut clips together. Also we are a company that requires a high amount of videos. Many of our videos will still be very simple in terms of editing because we want to keep our authenticity. But we still need to make sure whenever we need more elevated and complex videos to be able to deliver .

We do not need someone who only knows how to add basic captions or simple transitions. We need someone who understands visual storytelling, fashion aesthetics, ecommerce, customer behavior, and how to create videos that make a brand look stronger.

Our goal is to elevate the entire visual direction of the brand. We are going through a rebrand, and we need someone who can help us create better, more stylish, more polished, and more high-converting videos than what we currently have.

The right person should be able to look at fabric footage and understand how to make it feel desirable, premium, emotional, and visually interesting.

This Role May Include

Some days may be focused mostly on editing product videos. Other days may include creating ad videos, editing social media content, preparing campaign videos, testing different hooks, organizing footage, helping with creative concepts, or making simple motion graphics.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to do one narrow type of editing. We need a creative video editor who can support different parts of the marketing process.

This is a full-time position, with high Growth Potential if the person proves that she/he can bring value to our brand. We will start with 1000$/month but once the person shows they understand our vision, and gets used with the product we will increase.
