We're looking for a Full-Time Video Editor!
You’re not here to just “edit videos.” You’re here to build attention at scale.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
This role is simple in structure… but high in impact.
You will take raw content and turn it into engaging, optimised, performance-driven videos across: YouTube (long-form) TikTok + Instagram (short-form)
That means:
- Editing long-form YouTube videos that hold attention and drive clicks
- Collaborating with the team to shape video ideas and angles
- Writing/optimising titles, descriptions, and thumbnails with YouTube SEO in mind
- Scheduling and managing uploads
- Repurposing content into short-form clips that people actually watch to the end
- Focusing on highly engaging short-form content (Hooks, Retention time, ASMR etc)
- Tracking performance and improving based on real data (not guesses)
What We’re Looking For:
We’re NOT looking for a “task editor.” We’re looking for someone who understands WHY content performs.
You should:
- Have experience editing for YouTube (and ideally growing channels)
- Understand YouTube SEO (Titles, CTR, retention, thumbnails etc)
- Know how to structure videos for watch time and engagement
- Be confident creating short-form content that hooks instantly
- Understand key metrics like: Hook rate, Retention time, Drop-off points
- Be able to look at a video’s performance and think: “Here’s what we fix next time.”
If you just follow instructions, this won’t work.
