JOB TITLE: Full-Time Technical Website Developer (WordPress + Elementor)
SHIFT: Night Shift (Philippines Time)
HOURS: 40 Hours per Week (Mon-Fri)
SALARY: $400 USD per Month during the probationary period (will increase based on performance)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented, highly technical Full-Time Tea ---------- mber to build, maintain, and troubleshoot our web properties.

We need a Website Developer who not only knows how to take a design and set it up beautifully using WordPress but is also a natural problem solver. You will be our go-to technical expert for any website issues. While Elementor is our primary tool, we also work with other themes and page builders, so we need someone who is flexible, understands the underlying code, and is comfortable navigating complex technical setups.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING & ISSUE RESOLUTION: You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. This includes fixing plugin conflicts, addressing PHP or database errors, resolving server-side issues, and ensuring uptime.

WORDPRESS & PAGE BUILDERS: You will build, edit, and structure responsive web pages and landing pages. You will primarily use Elementor, but you must be comfortable adapting to other WordPress page builders and block editors as needed.

SITE MAINTENANCE & PERFORMANCE: You will be responsible for keeping the backend healthy. This includes regular plugin updates, managing daily or weekly backups, performing advanced site speed optimization, and ensuring all websites are running smoothly.

CONTENT UPDATES & STRUCTURAL FIXES: You will upload blog posts, swap out images, update text, and quickly fix any formatting bugs, CSS issues, or display glitches.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven, strong technical background in troubleshooting common and complex WordPress errors (such as 500 Internal Server Errors, database connection issues, and plugin conflicts).

Highly proficient in setting up websites using WordPress and Elementor (Mandatory).

Experience with web hosting environments, server-side troubleshooting, and DNS management.

Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for custom styling adjustments and debugging.

Adaptable and willing to work with other WordPress page builders or themes when required.

Knowledge of on-page SEO is a huge plus.

Reliable PC and fast Internet connection to handle backend admin tasks without lagging.
