We’re Australia’s leading real estate text marketing agency, helping top agents dominate their local markets through cutting-edge SMS outreach. Now, we’re hiring a self-motivated, detail-obsessed Excel + Data Scraping Specialist to join our remote team full-time.

This is a fully remote role — you’ll access our Australian systems via AnyDesk, so a fast, stable internet connection is absolutely required.

What You’ll Do:
Scrape homeowner data using Data Miner or Python-based tools
Clean, filter, and organize lead data in Excel (beyond basic functions)
Run and monitor cold outreach campaigns — mostly SMS, occasionally email
Log replies, monitor campaign performance, and maintain organized records
Work independently with minimal supervision

What You Bring:
Advanced Excel skills — formulas, filters, pivot tables, deduplication, etc.
Experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Data Miner or custom Python scripts)
Familiarity with SMS or email cold outreach is a plus
Reliable high-speed internet (required for smooth AnyDesk sessions)
Availability for 40+ hours per week, including half-days every Friday and Saturday
Ability to self-manage, solve problems, and stay organized
