Job Responsibilities
1. Provide psychic, tarot, spiritual readings, and related guidance in English
2. Deliver emotionally supportive, empathetic, and engaging coaching sessions
3. Respond to user messages promptly during scheduled working hours
4. Follow platform service workflow, reading structure, and communication guidelines
5. Participate in internal training and service quality reviews
6. Maintain a professional, calm, and warm on-camera presence
7. Ensure stable internet connection, camera, and suitable working environment

Working Arrangement
1. Part time (fixed schedule with assigned shifts)
2. Remote / Work from home
3. Must be available to respond quickly during 4 hours per day, 5 days per week

Salary & Compensation
Commission: 50 percent based on completed sessions (As your performance improves, your commission will increase over time)


Requirements
1. Fluent spoken English with clear and gentle communication
2. Experience in psychic reading, tarot reading, astrology, or related spiritual practices
3. Strong empathy and ability to handle emotional or relationship-related topics
4. Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with users online
5. Reliable, responsible, and able to follow a fixed schedule
6. Fast response mindset during working hours
7. Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred but not required
1. Previous experience with online coaching or live reading platforms
2. Familiarity with relationship, emotional, or life-guidance readings

Interview Process
Online interview may include:
1. English communication to know more about the position
2. Role-play reading session (usually the next bussiness day)
3. Evaluation of service style and user interaction
4. Internet and camera stability check
