Full-Time Property Manager (Rent Manager & AppFolio Expert) – Spanish Bilingual

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate and property management firm seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed, and fluent Spanish-Bilingual Property Manager to join our core operations team full-time.

Core Responsibilities
System Management: Maintain and audit day-to-day data entry, tenant profiles, and maintenance pipelines within Rent Manager and AppFolio.

Bilingual Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts from both English and Spanish-speaking tenants, owners, and vendors.

Leasing & Onboarding: Manage tenant screening, lease processing, renewals, and onboarding workflows with absolute precision.

Maintenance Coordination: Triage maintenance tickets, dispatch vendors, and follow up relentlessly until the issue is marked 100% resolved.

Account Collections: Monitor ledger balances, execute rent reminders, and manage delinquency follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in U.S. Property Management operations.

Software Stack: Absolute mastery of Rent Manager and AppFolio is non-negotiable.

Language: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Vibe: High energy, proactive execution style, and an unshakeable customer-service posture.

Infrastructure: Reliable high-speed fiber internet, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a solid power backup solution.

Compensation & Hours
Salary: Up to $7.00/hour (paid weekly/bi-weekly via Wise), scaled based on your direct Rent Manager/AppFolio automation experience.

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week), operating on U.S. EST/CST business hours.
