Full-Time Instagram DM Setter (Outbound)

**Job Title:** Instagram DM Setter / Sales Closer, Photography Business (Full-Time)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated, fluent English-speaking DM Setter to manage Instagram direct messages for a professional photography brand. Your job is simple: turn inquiries and warm leads into booked clients. This is a sales-focused role and we are looking for someone who knows how to close.

**Responsibilities**

- Respond to all inbound Instagram DM inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked
- Message warm leads (new followers coming from paid ads) to start conversations and move them toward booking
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone in all communications
- Keep track of leads and update on progress regularly

**Requirements**

- Fluent in written English, no grammatical errors, professional communication only
- Proven experience in sales, DM setting, or appointment setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and available during scheduled hours
- Experience with Instagram preferred

**Hours**

Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

**Compensation**

- Base pay: $500 to $600/month based on experience
- Bonus: $10 per confirmed booking you convert

The bonus is uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.
